RN for Assisted Living and Memory Care in Elsie, Oregon

Responsibilities will include, assuming primary responsibility for coordinating Health and Wellness Services for our residents. Participate in resident service planning, as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. Recommend Health Care Service goals and assists in their implementation. Works with the Executive Director to supervise, oversee and coordinate the work of caregivers to meet resident needs. Provide nursing and clinical services as needed to residents within guidelines of State Regulations and Nurse Practice Acts. Assist with orientation and on-going training of care team members.
